Hi! I'm Charlotte.

I’m a Product Designer with 4 years of UX/UI experience, specialising in designing and shipping complex, high-impact digital products across mobile, web, and emerging technologies.

 

I am the sole UX/UI Designer for SailGP, where I acted as design lead across multiple flagship products used by both global fans and internal stakeholders. In this role, I owned end-to-end product design from discovery and concepting through to delivery on projects operating at scale and under high performance constraints. These projects required close collaboration with engineers, data teams, and product leadership, as well as strong systems thinking and the ability to translate complexity into intuitive user experiences.

 

Alongside this, I’ve delivered commercially successful work in both product and brand-led environments. I designed Accurist’s first e-commerce website, which generated £60,000 in profit during its launch weekend.

 

I previously worked as a graphic designer on Sekonda’s “No Time For Nonsense” campaign which was internationally published across airports, GQ magazine, global retail environments, and a primetime TV advert. This background has given me a strong visual foundation and a clear understanding of how design decisions drive business outcomes.

In parallel with my full-time roles, I’ve worked on freelance projects including website design for SureCare, one of the UK’s largest care home providers, and Albers International Tax, where I explored modern, AI-assisted workflows using tools like Replit and autonomous coding agents. These projects reflect my adaptability, technical curiosity, and comfort working independently in ambiguous problem

spaces.

I bring a balance of strategic thinking, hands-on execution, and strong communication, and I’m comfortable taking ownership in fast-moving environments where design maturity is still being shaped.
